Location: Carolina, Puerto Rico Job Title: Senior Associate Consultant/Consultant, EWM Shift: This is a 24/7 support role. Job Type: Onsite We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Associate Consultant/Consultant to join our team, specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Support. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless operation of our EWM systems. You will be the primary point of contact for our business teams, providing comprehensive Level 1 support, managing incidents, and ensuring timely resolution of issues in a highly regulated environment. Job Role Incident Management: Provide first-line support for EWM business teams, ensuring all incidents are managed and resolved efficiently according to agreed-upon SLAs. Issue Analysis and Resolution: Troubleshoot and analyze issues by collaborating with the client's business teams, satellite systems, vendors, and internal teams. Propose and implement workarounds for issues that require immediate resolution. Client Engagement: Serve as a key liaison with the client, supporting their day-to-day operations and building a strong, trusting relationship. Integration Support: Understand and manage complex integrations between EWM and systems such as Warehouse Automation, MES, and other satellite systems to facilitate issue resolution. Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in EWM implementation, rollout, or support projects. SAP Knowledge: EWM: Strong knowledge of core EWM functionalities, including integration with ECC, inbound/outbound processing, physical inventory, RF transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration, Kitting, and Cold Chain Management. Inventory Management (IM): Good knowledge of key IM areas such as Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Physical Inventory, Account Determination, and Valuation. Module Integration: Solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules, including SD, MM, PP, and QM. Regulatory Experience: Proven experience working in a highly regulated environment with a strong understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Technical Skills: The ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and a basic understanding of custom code along with debugging skills. Tools: Hands-on experience with incident management and testing tools. Preferred Qualifications Automation: Experience integrating EWM with automated systems such as ASRS, AGV, conveyors, and pallet exchangers. S/4HANA: Experience with S/4HANA modules like Manufacturing and Quality Management. MES Integration: Experience integrating EWM with MES and other non-ECC systems using interfaces like PI, ALE, or REST. Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of business processes within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Additional Skills: Knowledge of ABAP debugging and experience with the TM module.
