We are seeking an enthusiastic Branding and Creative Assistant with a creative eye to join our dynamic team. You will be managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and Creative Director, working with them to create campaigns designed to engage customers. An ideal candidate should know how to build relationships, drive traffic, create engaging content, and increase social media followers. Responsibilities: Content Creation and Management Create engaging content for all company social media platforms (including H1912 and Hamilton Home from the Hamilton Jewelers Family of Brands). Create and curate high-quality content in various formats – for social, website, and emails. These include images, videos, and infographics that align with the brand's voice. Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create and organize projects Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager, Creative Director, Photographers, Videographers, and Subject-Matter experts to optimize content that resonates with the audience. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager and Creative Director with photoshoots and come up with creative ideas for larger marketing campaigns. Generate clever content ideas that appeal to the target audience across different platforms. Reach out to contacts at brands to make sure we have their most up-to-date editorial images for social and digital usage in the social folder Reporting and Analytics Analyze data from various campaigns and create reports accordingly for Digital Marketing Manager and EVP of Branding and Merchandising. Develop strategies to grow the social media following of the brand. Analyze and report social media performance metrics and insights. It includes reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Research and analyze industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor insights. This should be done using tools like Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and more. Create regular reports and dashboards highlighting key metrics and trends. It may include monthly KPIs, A/B testing results, audience demographics, or user-generated content. Present them to relevant stakeholders, such as marketing managers or executives. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media channels promptly. Manage social media accounts and communities. This includes scheduling, publishing, moderating, and responding to messages, comments, and reviews. Engage with influencers, partners, or brand ambassadors to amplify content reach. Support social media crisis management by responding promptly to negative feedback or issues. Assist Digital Marketing manager in finding new influencers, models to work with on campaigns. General Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and policies. And share best practices and insights with the team or clients. Stay up to date with advancements in creative tools in Adobe Suite Plan and execute strategies to build brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. Requirements Bachelor's Degree At least 1-year work experience in social media and or graphic design Experience in creative design tools i.e. Adobe suite or Canva Experience in Microsoft Office
