Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repair: Follow established preventative maintenance schedules to proactively address potential issues. Conduct routine inspections of machinery for wear and tear, potential hazards, and lubrication levels. Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports. Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues by Disassemble and reassemble machinery to access components for repair. Replace worn or damaged parts, including bearings, belts, gears, and seals. Perform adjustments and alignments on machinery to ensure proper functionality. Repair and maintain pneumatic, electrical systems as needed. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building components. Perform minor repairs including fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, repairing minor electrical issues, patching drywall, and fixing minor carpentry issues. Respond to maintenance work orders and complete repairs promptly. Preventative Maintenance:

analyzing symptoms, sounds, and operational data. Use troubleshooting techniques to isolate problems and determine necessary repairs. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on machinery. Report any safety concerns or hazards immediately. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a manufacturing mechanic or related role Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical manuals Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Basic understanding of electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
