Master Electrician

We are currently expanding and in need of a Master Electrician to join our Team Electrician will be responsible for: Diagnose, repair and install electrical systems, wiring, and components in homes Inspecting components to ensure safety, correct installation and compliance with electrical codes, and provide customer service to clients Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Installing new wiring and lighting Diagnosing critical problems in the home Fully understanding local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision are paid at 50% for Employee LTD paid by the company Life Insurance $50K paid by the company Aflac Accident Insurance Company paid 401k 5% match after 6 months Company Truck for Technicians Birthday Bonus (equivalent to 8 hrs. pay) Vacation (2 weeks first year, 3 weeks 1-4 years and 4 weeks 5+) Sick time (40 hrs. for FT employees) Bereavement (3 days) Boot Allowance ($300 per year) License Renewal ($300/year is reimbursed to Employee) Tuition Reimbursement ($500/year) Pay: $50.00hr.-$60.00/hr. + Bonus Opportunities and Stipend for Master License - Depending on Experience Required Qualifications: Master Electrical License Proven Leadership experience Proven experience with HVAC systems Valid driver's license and insurable through company insurance carrier Must be able to browse electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints Must be available after hours (On Call)
