Directly manage and lead HVAC technicians, installers, and service personnel.
Schedule and assign tasks, ensuring optimal workforce allocation.
Operational Oversight:
Monitor and coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Ensure that all technicians follow safety protocols and best practices.
Assist service and installation technicians with troubleshooting or repair issues.
-Act as a mentor in teaching and guiding service and installation technicians with best practice techniques and skills. Customer Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Conduct site visits for customer assessments and to build rapport.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet company standards and regulations.
Review completed work for accuracy and compliance.
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and support for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Organize training sessions on new technologies and safety practices.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Inventory Management:

Reporting:
