As an Oracle HCM PaaS Lead, you will be part of the professional services supporting innovative cloud solutions. What’s the Job?
Provide consultative business and system integration services to clients implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design effective HCM system architectures.
Lead technical discussions and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Develop and deliver tailored training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and best practices to ensure optimal client solutions.
What’s Needed?
Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and related integration services.
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) and Oracle Transactional BI (OTBI).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
US citizenship and work authorization are required; no security clearance necessary.
