Job Description: As Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies that support programs dedicated to serving vulnerable older adults. You will collaborate with program teams, internal departments, and external partners to develop creative, multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, direct mail, broadcast, and earned media. Your project management and strategic planning expertise will ensure the timely delivery of impactful initiatives that align with brand standards and the social impact mission. Key Responsibilities
Implement integrated marketing plans and tactics for programs and services. Collaborate with program teams, business units, channel owners, and vendors to develop creative briefs and assets. Provide client service support, managing the day-to-day needs of assigned program portfolios. Communicate program updates, priorities, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule. Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining compliance with brand guidelines. Partner with editorial teams to identify compelling success stories and content opportunities. Oversee asset creation by coordinating with in-house designers and/or external agencies. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to measure outcomes and apply data insights. Identify opportunities for public/media relations, social media engagement, thought leadership, and digital innovation. Contribute to enterprise-wide strategy integration through teamwork and problem-solving. Support additional marketing projects within the Program Marketing & Communications team as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on integrated marketing strategy execution. Proficiency across core marketing disciplines: digital, print, direct mail, broadcast, earned media, branding, and operations. Experience in project management, strategic planning, and campaign execution across traditional and digital channels. Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare presentations, proposals, and analytical reports. Demonstrated vendor management and budget oversight capabilities. Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Skilled at working both independently and collaboratively; able to build consensus and foster strong relationships. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities. Experience in grassroots communications or issue-based campaigns (a plus). Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomatic problem-solving abilities. Seniority level
