Corporate Attorney-Contracts and Procurement. Lead high-impact negotiations and drive innovation in an aviation manufacturing company. The base pay range is $120,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr. This role is hosted by Jobot with details provided by the recruiter. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Attorney with 2-3 years of contract experience, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional attention to detail to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including procurement, supply chain, service, confidentiality, and other business agreements. Advise on legal issues and risks, complex agreement structures, approval processes, company policies and procedures, IP, and negotiation strategy. Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initial drafting and negotiation through to execution and post-contractual obligations. Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations and other applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement strategies for the supplier contracting process, including risk management and cost-efficiency strategies. Provide legal and strategic business advice to help advance the companys business objectives. Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure contracts accurately reflect commercial terms and comply with company policies and risk tolerance. Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the companys contractual and procurement processes. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota. A minimum of 3 years of legal experience with a strong focus on contracts, negotiation, and drafting for various types of commercial contracts. Strong understanding of contract law, contracting business terms, and general corporate law. Knowledge of federal procurement regulations and experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM). Proven experience in managing the strategy for the supplier contracting process. Exceptional negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex legal concepts to a variety of audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and ethical judgment. Job Details
