General Manager (GM)

to lead our team and elevate the guest experience. If you're motivated by operational excellence, team development, and driving results—we want to hear from you! As General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our hotel. You’ll be responsible for delivering strong business outcomes, ensuring exceptional guest and team satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards across all areas of the property. What You’ll Do: Lead hotel operations alongside the Management Team, overseeing all functions including team, maintenance, sales, and financial performance.

Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to optimize profitability and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Set and execute strategic goals, recruit top talent, foster team development, and retain high-performing associates.

Control labor and general expenses while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Champion operational excellence across key performance areas: guest satisfaction, employee engagement, sales/marketing, facility standards, and financial outcomes.

Manage all aspects of HR including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews.

Oversee maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring all hotel areas meet quality standards.

Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical integrity of the property.

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Business Administration (preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager

in the hospitality industry.

5 years of Marriott brand experience is highly preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent math and financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and forecasting.

A hands-on leader with strong problem-solving, organizational, training, and motivational skills.

F&B experience is a plus!
