Overview
MotoRad is a global leader in automotive thermal and engine management solutions, known for thermostats, radiator caps, and advanced engine components sold through automotive aftermarket retailers. This high-impact leadership role will focus on global procurement and supplier management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and logistics optimization, ensuring MotoRad can meet customer demand while driving operational efficiency and cost improvement. MotoRad is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Global Supply Chain to lead its end-to-end supply chain, spanning procurement, sourcing, planning, logistics, and distribution. This executive will be responsible for building a resilient, cost-effective, and scalable global supply chain to support MotoRad’s ambitious plan to double revenue and expand its footprint across four continents. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Israel, Mexico, the U.S., and emerging markets. Lead supplier diversification, contract negotiation, and cost reduction initiatives to enhance margin and reduce risk. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, continuity, and operational agility. Lead the S&OP process to align demand, inventory, and capacity planning across global operations. Leverage advanced planning tools and implement data-driven processes to enable real-time decision-making and forecast accuracy. Drive inventory and capacity optimization to balance service levels, cost efficiency, and working capital. Oversee global logistics and distribution networks to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective operations. Optimize transportation, warehousing, and regional fulfillment to support global growth and customer satisfaction. Ensure supply continuity and responsiveness to evolving market demands. Lead and develop a global team of ~22 supply chain professionals across Israel, Mexico, and the U.S. Build a culture of real-time execution, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as the operational leader for supply chain integration during M&A, ensuring smooth alignment of systems and processes. Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of progressive leadership in end-to-end global supply chains, with strong expertise in procurement and supplier management. Proven ability to negotiate contracts, reduce costs, and diversify suppliers in international markets. Background in S&OP and integrated planning, driving data-driven decisions and operational agility. Track record of leading cross-border teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience in automotive, industrial, or complex manufacturing supply chains is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business; MBA or certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CLTD) preferred.
