Overview Job Description

Responsibilities

Tier 3 technical support to help the user base with issues related to the systems and their functionality. One system is a public-facing custom web application, hosted on the Oracle Cloud Managed Service solution using a modern DevOps toolchain (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow), hosted in the Oracle Cloud, and built on the Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) Platform utilizing Oracle Intelligence Advisor (OIA). The second system is a hybrid between legacy, custom-Java-coded components and EBS Release 12.2.10 Accounts Receivable (AR), TCA Module, CRM Teleservices Module components that have been customized.

Identify the root cause of issues.

Provide recommendations for Product Backlog Items (PBIs)/User Stories to reduce tickets and stabilize the systems.

Detailed tracking of tickets, responses, and resolution timing.

Support XML imports and uploads – files are transferred to the back-end premium system for processing and posting to the plans’ accounts.

Support interfaces with Login.gov to offer two-factor authentication access.

Support payments made by users using Automated Clearing House (ACH) information and payment details. This information is routed via a secure FedACHService web service to the MyPAA ACH processor, Pay.gov.

Support month-end reconciliation reporting activities.

Provide technical support, as needed, to Systems Accountants when overages have been identified.

Support development of design docs (Technical, Architecture, Data Models).

Accurately translate requirements and designs into functionality with prototyping, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.

Support walkthroughs of design documentation and demos of functionality/prototypes.

Support regression testing (over 1500 scripts) and preparation for deployment to Production.

Peer review code to confirm it addresses the requirements and design for the release, and impacts do not go beyond the scope of the release.

Ensure that code is regularly checked in each evening and that development processes maximize the use of MS Azure Pipelines for release development and deployment.

Support automated deployments in all environments, including Production, using MS AzureDevOps Pipelines and associated add-ins.

Participate in IPT meetings and Agile Scrum Ceremonies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 6 years of experience with (or 10 years of experience with no degree)

Oracle XML

BI Publisher

Oracle EBS, preferably Release 12.2.10

Oracle Forms 10g, Reports 10g

PL/SQL

JAVA, J2EE

SOA (web services)

BPEL

Agile SCRUM delivery

Familiarity with configuration management and version control tools (e.g., Azure Repos).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with interfacing system teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
