About the Role
We are searching for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building technically challenging products from the ground up. You will join a VC‑backed early‑stage start‑up focused on advancing AI and large language model (LLM) technology. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python, has helped build B2B or enterprise software products, and has hands‑on exposure to LLMs. Familiarity with DevOps (especially Kubernetes), and front‑end work in React are strong pluses. Our current project is a cutting‑edge AI platform for SAP custom code transformation. Responsibilities
Design and Develop:
Architect, develop, and ship the core platform and product features, working across the stack from back‑end services to front‑end interfaces. Integrations:
Build deep integrations with SAP and other enterprise software platforms to enable seamless code transformation workflows. Evaluation Frameworks:
Develop systematic evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI agent performance across various scenarios. LLM Development:
Work directly with LLMs to enhance code generation accuracy and quality; collaborate with researchers and data scientists to integrate advancements into the product. DevOps and Front‑End (Bonus):
Leverage Kubernetes or similar tools to manage deployment and scaling. Contribute to front‑end development in React when needed. Collaboration:
Participate in product road‑mapping, code reviews, and mentoring. Work closely with founders, researchers, and other engineers to ship high‑quality features quickly. Qualifications
2+ years of full stack engineering experience, with a proven record of shipping production software in start‑ups (Seed to Unicorn stage) or agile teams of 10+ engineers. Strong proficiency in Python; comfortable with modern web frameworks and asynchronous programming. Experience building B2B or enterprise‑focused products. Hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs) and integrating AI/ML systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP); experience with Kubernetes or similar DevOps tools is a plus. Front‑end expertise with React is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top‑ranked program preferred. Track record of technically challenging side projects (open‑source contributions, active GitHub, etc.). Passion for AI technologies and a desire to work on cutting‑edge applications. What We Offer
