People Partners work at both the strategic and tactical level, designing scalable programs and frameworks, advising on how to develop a culture of feedback, and iterating to improve our team’s efficacy. They balance upside initiatives (employee growth and development) with downside mitigation (performance, employee relations, etc.), and participate in all key moments of the employee life cycle.

We help empower Palantirians to be as effective and impactful as possible. Core Responsibilities
Develop deep relationships and build trust with key business owners, becoming a strategic thought partner on people-related strategies and engagements. Build, execute, and regularly assess people processes and programs – catered to topics like feedback, growth, training, leadership development – that drive a high-performance culture Engage on issues of organizational design, process, and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively. Utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around the growth and retention of employees. Coach Palantirians (both individual contributors and leads), functioning as an advocate and resource to resolving key employee issues including performance, interpersonal conflicts, grievances and complex investigations. 3+ years relevant industry experience. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environment by demonstrating quick, thoughtful execution. Excels at working on open-ended problems and running them to completion. Ability to spend 3-4 days per week in-office. Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $151,000/year. Total compensation may include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives. Total compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of potential sign-on bonuses, benefits, and long-term incentives. Benefits
