About the Company : Our client is a premier Private Equity Firm that invests primarily in Real Estate related investments. They are seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Analyst / Associate to their growing Acquisitions Team. This opportunity is well suited for a Real Estate professional who has a passion for investing and end to end deal exposure. About the Role : The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing / underwriting transactions from start to finish, requiring superior modeling and written and verbal communication skills (e.g., Board Presentations). The team will work on deals across all Real Estate asset classes and encompass the following responsibilities.

Financial modeling and underwriting
Responsibilities
Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
Create detailed financial analyses using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments
Review company financials, perform attribution analysis, financial reviews, and create detailed models
Prepare Investment Committee materials evaluating potential acquisition targets
Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing with Senior Management/Investment Committee, including financing and lending data
Prepare investor communications, including financial forecasts, reporting, and financial estimates
Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing Teams
Oversee back-testing of investment analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts
Qualifications
Minimum of 1+ years in Real Estate: Investments/Management Consulting/Valuations/Asset Management/Research/Investment Banking (M&A) or applicable Private Equity/Real Estate/Banking experience
1+ years of professional experience mandatory
Top academic pedigree
Experience in Corporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory/Asset Management
Advanced technical skills; strong quantitative and qualitative abilities
ARGUS modeling experience required
Superior written and verbal communication skills
