We\'ve been serving the agricultural, construction, and consumer markets with quality products and service since 1945. Our seven stores are conveniently located throughout mid-Minnesota in Kimball, Willmar, Glencoe, St. Martin, North Mankato, Alden, St. Cloud and Eyota. Each store is fully equipped to handle all of your parts, in-house service, and mobile service needs in addition to sales of new and used equipment.

Our product lines include Case IH Full-Line Agriculture Products, Case Skid Loaders, and Compact Track Loaders, CLAAS Forage Harvesters, Kubota Tractors, Mowers, Excavators, and Compact Track Loaders, Oxbo Mergers, Drago Chopping Cornheads, Gehl Skid Loaders, Top Air Sprayers, Kuhn Hay and Forage, Miller Nitro Sprayers, Cub Cadet Consumer Products, Exmark Commercial Zero Turn Mowers, Land Pride Mowers and Implements and Brent Grain Handling Equipment.

Responsibilities

Ability to manage people in a professional manner and maintain efficiency in all departments.

Excellent communication skills.

Provide excellent customer service. We want you to be the “go to” person who knows how to quickly find the right part for every job.

Face to face and on the phone communication with customers maintaining a respectful and positive attitude

Provide effective communication to customers regarding their service and parts needs

Work closely with customers to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to their parts orders.

Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner

Assist in maintaining all department tools, equipment and department clean and orderly

Follow up call with customers regarding any parts specials

Adapting to more responsibilities as they present themselves

Experience: Operations management: 2 years (Preferred)

Agricultural: 1 year (Preferred)

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
