Analyze a wide range of companies across sectors, focusing on sustainability strengths. Develop clear, insightful analysis of companies and industries for investment insights. Maintain a deep understanding of competitive landscapes and sustainability-related themes. Leverage networks of industry and sustainability experts for differentiated views. Build and maintain relationships with company management teams through frequent meetings. Develop and maintain detailed models on coverage. Communicate clear rationale for investment recommendations to teammates and portfolio managers. Monitor companies under coverage and communicate important changes promptly. Understand relevant sustainability themes and their impact on company fundamentals and stock performance. Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundamental equity analysis (stock selection). Experience in incorporating sustainability and ESG factors into the investment selection process. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation preferred or in progress. Outstanding financial, fundamental, strategic, and communication skills. Strong interest in ESG issues and sustainability themes. Ability to conduct self-directed deep research and present complex information succinctly. Strong passion for stocks, company analysis, and investing. Ambitious, driven, team player with a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity. Compensation:
Annual salary range: $110,000 - $140,000, depending on location and relevant experience.
