We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Project Controls Analyst to join our Graduate Development Program and support top clients for Turner & Townsend across the U.S. The Graduate Development Program is designed to provide recent graduates (less than two years of industry experience) with opportunities to further develop their careers and gain exposure to our service areas to become a successful consultant upon program completion. The program is offered at our San Francisco, CA location and is expected to take approximately 2 years, with experience based on achievement of competencies in each core service. As a Graduate Project Controls Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data and delivery—supporting major programs and capital projects through schedule management, cost control, performance tracking, and analytics. Responsibilities

Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase, maintain historical cost data, and assist in development of annual contractor purchase orders. Manage internal project budget / schedule of values within project management software for monthly financial reporting on multiple projects. Manage external project budget and communications within external project management software including commitment management and document control. Manage monthly forecasts and cash flows, understand forecast variances, and develop monthly executive reports. Manage monthly vendor invoice review process within invoicing software, including project management review, third-party auditing services, and communication with accounts payable. Ensure accurate accrual reporting for all existing POs, including communication with vendors and finance. Facilitate change order routing and review processes within project management software, content analysis, and executive approval as required. Review project financial health with management each month (via dashboards, budget software, schedule comparisons, productivity reports, etc.). Maintain internal and contractor risk registers and conduct contingency evaluation. Close out internal budgets and vendor POs financially. Work closely with site scheduler to align financial forecasts and risks with schedule updates. Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. Qualifications
