We are seeking a
Technical Co-founder with a meaningful equity stake
to take ownership of JoviOS from the inside out. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives on
hands-on coding , rapid iteration, and the challenge of transforming an ambitious vision into a working, scalable system. As Technical Co-founder, you will: Lead development and architecture
of JoviOS, coding alongside the founding team to bring the platform to life. Design scalable SaaS infrastructure
to serve mid-market and enterprise B2B clients. Integrate AI/ML capabilities
that make JoviOS an autonomous, agentic system. Collaborate directly with co-founders
to align technical execution with growth strategy. Evolve into CTO scope , building and mentoring a high-performing technical team as we scale. This is not a hire — it is a founder seat. You will hold a
meaningful equity stake , have real influence over product direction, and the opportunity to define both the technical foundation and the culture of Jovi Corporation. Qualifications
Proven experience in
system architecture and software development , with hands-on coding ability. Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, especially agentic or autonomous architectures, is required. Background in sales and marketing technology, with an understanding of how technical solutions drive GTM outcomes, is required. Expertise in building and scaling
SaaS platforms
for mid-market or enterprise environments. Strong
analytical skills
for evaluating data and solving complex technical problems. Clear
communication skills
for collaboration with co-founders, early hires, and stakeholders. Demonstrated
leadership potential
with the ability to
build and scale technical teams
(hiring, mentoring, setting culture). Founder mindset
— resilience, ownership, and willingness to take risks in pursuit of outsized impact. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
equivalent experience . Track record of
leading technical teams
in a startup environment is required. Strong
research skills
