We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.**The Job At-A-Glance:****A Typical Day:*** Mentor and coach engineers, fostering their growth through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and career development planning.* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.* Review architecture and code, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.* Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming, to keep the team focused and efficient.* Monitor system health and metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement in performance and reliability.* Champion innovation, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement in both technology and process.* Contribute to hiring and onboarding, helping to build a diverse and high-performing team.**Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of skilled engineers working with JavaScript (Ember.js, Vue.js, Node.js), Python, and GoLang to deliver a high-quality, secure, and scalable banking platform. Additionally, you will oversee key aspects such as quality, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
