The
Associate Director, Marketing Analytics – Women’s Health
position will lead business insights for the commercial organization in the Women’s Health therapeutic area. This role will work with diverse data sources, vendors, and stakeholders in a rapidly changing business environment. The position reports to the Director, Commercial Analytics – Women’s Health and is part of the Commercial Analytics team. This role partners with marketing, finance, and market access leadership, along with other Commercial Analytics leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and reliable insights to stakeholders across the commercial organization. Responsibilities
Perform a critical role in enhancing marketing and market access offerings by developing insights from data and translating insights to shape commercial strategy and decisions. Develop relevant and compelling insights presentations for key stakeholders, including brand leadership, cross-functional partners, and senior management, adapting communication by audience. Lead the development of a deep dive analytical suite combining insights from multiple internal and external sources to understand brand performance. Develop a strategic partnership as the point of contact for the Myfembree brand team. Develop and prioritize key business questions with cross-functional support from medical, clinical, brand teams, and other partners. Manage development and delivery of strategic KPIs and supporting metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews. Oversee analytic ad hoc project requests related to the Myfembree brand team. Support the finance forecasting process by providing key insights in partnership with brand leadership. As part of the brand planning process, create brand-specific situational analysis, participate in tactical planning, and partner with sales and marketing to create meaningful KPIs. Conduct advanced analytics for brand teams to inform brand planning, promotional resource allocation, and marketing strategies, including patient journey creation and ROI analysis. Partner with marketing leadership to create and execute yearly analytics plans and budgets aligned to brand strategies. Key Core Competencies

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, SHA, MMIT/DRG formulary, market access data). Collaborative team player with strong project management skills and ability to manage external vendors/deliverables within tight timelines. Strategic partner to multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with Business Intelligence tools and methods (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, SQL). Ability to understand the commercial environment and translate to workable solutions. Motivated to drive change and introduce new ideas and ways of working. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 8–12 years (without Master’s) or 6–8 years (with Master’s) of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Previous sales or marketing experience preferred. Previous commercial/brand analytics experience with statistical packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS) preferred. The base salary range for this role is $155,440 to $194,300. Base salary is part of the total rewards package, including merit-based salary increases, an incentive plan, 401(k) eligibility, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and leaves as required by state law. The total compensation will reflect candidate experience, skills, education, and other factors.
