We are looking for an energetic, hands-on and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager (CMP/OPC) that will play a critical role in Branson. Your exceptional business acumen, strong strategic planning and analytical skills are highly desirable, and an in-depth knowledge of Timeshare/Vacation Ownership Sales & Marketing is a must. A solid background in leading a team is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and APG through training, motivation, contests and strategic scheduling

Motivate, train, oversee marketers and deliver supplies

Resolve guest issues, complaints

Weekly and monthly scheduling

Tour reception and sales/marketing liaison

Recruiting, interviewing and hiring marketers and greeters

Training - new hire and ongoing

Performance management

Annual, monthly and yearly marketer reviews

Attendance record keeping

Comply with human resources and company policies

Strong communication skills; previous supervisory experience

History of reliability, dependability and effective follow-through

2 years of management or supervisory experience and 2 years of timeshare experience required

Prior Wyndham experience highly preferred

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Microsoft Office)
