We are seeking a skilled Grinder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various machining processes. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for operating grinding machines to produce precision components that meet our quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with precision measuring instruments. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Experience with close tolerance production grinding on Blanchard grinding equipment. · Able to do setups, wheel changeover & wheel dressing. · Willing to work overtime as needed. · Ability to perform close tolerance work. · Follows all safety and compliance regulations. · Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
