Welder/Fabricator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of welding and fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves interpreting blueprints, welding metal components, and ensuring high-quality fabrication of custom projects. Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) Cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and press brakes Inspect and test welds for accuracy and quality Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Experience with metal cutting, grinding, and finishing techniques Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, bending, etc.) Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) is a plus but not required Join our team today as a Fabricator/Welder where your skills will contribute to our success in delivering exceptional products Job Type: Full-time Pay: $ $23.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Jackson, MO Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Jackson, MO 63755: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
