That's our team NAI Nashville Stanton Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse commercial property portfolio. This role serves as a key liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, and our internal team. We look for good communication, a strong work ethic and people who value teamwork and have an interest in learning. Our Property Manager (PM) serves multiple functions within the firm. The PM must possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities at one time. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties and business associations Coordinate tenant relations, communications, and events Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts Conduct regular site inspections and lead maintenance meetings Administer the AppFolio work order system and support emergency response planning Review leases, approve invoices, and supervise move-in/move-out processes Support construction projects and ensure excellent service delivery Qualifications 3+ years in commercial property management Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred RPA designation or pursuit required (within 3 years) Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook Strong lease interpretation, budgeting, and vendor management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Capable of independent judgment when solving problems on own Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, take direction and interface with multiple decision makers in a professional manner.
