We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity. Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and dependable Accounting & Executive Assistant to support both the financial operations and executive leadership of our firm. This hybrid role requires someone who is equally comfortable working with numbers and financial systems as they are managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Process accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare monthly financial reports for management and investors Assist with budget preparation and cash flow tracking Manage property income/expense records and tenant ledgers Support annual audits and tax preparation Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager) for day-to-day entries Executive Assistant Duties: Provide direct support to company leadership, including calendar and email management Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or executive assistant experience (real estate or property management experience preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable learning industry-specific platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and collaborative team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48, $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
