Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in electrical systems, including both industrial and commercial settings. This role requires proficiency in working with high and low voltage systems, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Master Electrician will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments. Supervise and train junior electricians and apprentices on proper techniques and safety protocols. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute electrical projects accurately. Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and power tools. Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure efficient operation of automated systems. Conduct inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with NEC standards. Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects to integrate electrical systems seamlessly. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Requirements Valid Master Electrician license or equivalent certification. Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician. Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards in the electrical field. Experience reading blueprints and schematics for effective project execution. Ability to work effectively on construction sites with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of electrical work.
