Job Description
This Technical Sales Support III position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee equipment installation, coordinate warranty work, and provide expert-level technical support and training. Be a key contributor to customer satisfaction, product performance, and the advancement of refrigeration technology.
Your contribution:
Conduct delivery and installation inspections and manage equipment start-ups.
Coordinate and monitor warranty work, including selecting and managing external vendors.
Analyze technical field issues and recommend effective resolution methods.
Ensure accuracy in processing warranty claims and handling returned materials.
Support regional, zone, and national account managers with field-based technical issues.
Investigate, report, and resolve complex customer technical inquiries.
Present critical customer situations and potential improvements to management.
Identify product improvement opportunities based on direct customer feedback.
Participate in plant visits for training, product development, and service enhancements.
Drive financial performance through parts sales and on-site surveys.
Provide expert-level phone support for both current and legacy equipment.
Your journey:
You bring deep experience in the commercial refrigeration field and a strong understanding of HVACR systems. You thrive on solving complex technical issues and delivering top-tier customer support.
Additionally, you have the following:
A two-year HVACR degree.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration service.
Strong product knowledge and prior project management experience.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and AS400.
Universal EPA 608 Certification.

Knowledge of warranty processes and vendor management.
