About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with staffing industry experience to expand our client base and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Drive new business development across Non-IT staffing verticals.
Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with direct clients, VMS, and MSP programs.
Build strong client relationships with procurement teams, hiring managers, and MSP partners.
Develop tailored staffing solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies to meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure quality placements and timely delivery.
Monitor staffing trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape business strategies.
Consistently achieve revenue goals, KPIs, and growth targets.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven Business Development or Sales experience in staffing (IT and/or Non-IT).
Strong knowledge of VMS/MSP staffing environments.
Demonstrated success in winning new business and managing enterprise accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
