We're seeking a Sales Executive passionate about higher education and technology to expand our reach nationwide. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory and account-based sales strategies within higher education. Build, manage, and expand relationships with universities, colleges, and institutional decision-makers. Partner with AV integrators, resellers, and consultants to deliver TEKVOX solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle—prospecting, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and closing. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM records. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and marketing) to align solutions with client needs. Stay current on trends in AV, EdTech, and higher-education infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 3–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in higher-education, AV, EdTech, or technology solutions sales. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with RFP processes and institutional procurement in higher education. Proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time-management skills.
