Key Responsibilities Lead and Deliver Projects: Drive capital equipment installations—from kickoff through commissioning. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and software integration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as the primary interface for clients, sales teams, engineering, and field technicians. Oversee technical presentations, progress updates, and change management. Project Planning & Documentation: Develop schedules, budgets, risk registers, and scope definitions. Track material procurement, subassemblies, field labor, and verification testing. Quality, Safety & Compliance: Enforce compliance with industry and company standards (e.g., ISO Uphold safety protocols during field activities and technical installations. Resource Coordination: Allocate internal and external resources, including engineering services providers and installation crews. Support after-sales teams during technical handover and documentation delivery. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and forecasts, generate invoices, and facilitate payment collection and change order negotiations. Ideal Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering—or equivalent experience. 5+ years managing capital equipment or large-scale machine installations, preferably in manufacturing or gear production environments. Proficiency with engineering drawings, machine control systems, PLCs (advantageous), AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently for customer site visits, installations, and commissioning tasks. PMP certification or similar is a plus.
