to assist with the design, planning, interior design and Construction Documents for a broad range of Residential, Mixed-Use, New and Renovation Architectural projects. Candidates must be motivated, able to work in a team environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team with the opportunity to work on high-end residential, multi-family mixed use, and hi-rise projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans using various drafting software. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and construction methods, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers to bring innovative designs to life. Architectural Drafter Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software Strong understanding of architectural design principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities Previous experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of building codes and regulations Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software Ability to interpret and implement technical information from multiple sources Certifications in drafting or related fields Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software Excellent technical drawing skills Strong attention to detail and precision Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of construction materials and methods Strong problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills Familiarity with building codes and industry standards Portfolio demonstrating previous architectural drafting work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $ $45.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
