Core Responsibilities
Conduct regular maintenance and repair work on electro-mechanical appliances and systems. Efficiently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Work in synergy with engineering teams on system enhancements and changes. Keep comprehensive records by documenting all maintenance activities. Support new system and equipment set-ups. Follow safety regulations and corporate policies at all times. Offer technical guidance and training to team members as necessary. Required Skills & Experience
Possess an Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or comparable experience. Proven track record in electro-mechanical maintenance and repair. In-depth knowledge of electrical circuits, control, and mechanical systems. Competence in interpreting technical blueprints and diagrams. Detail-oriented with superior problem-solving capabilities. Experience in fostering a team-centric work environment. Willingness to work flexible timings and respond to on-call needs.
