As a Technical Program Manager you will have the opportunity to shape the next delivery technology work process and customer/driver experience. You will directly manage large cross-functional programs that support Safety and Delivery Assistance Technologies. In this role you will be responsible for driving large cross-team projects that span multiple technology and operational teams. Responsibilities
Directly manage large cross-functional programs supporting Safety and Delivery Assistance Technologies. Drive cross-team projects spanning multiple technology and operational teams. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints. Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces; develop functional specifications and deliver them in a timely manner. Demonstrate maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, influence, and leadership to achieve results. Qualifications
5 years of technical product or program management experience. 5 years of working directly with engineering teams. 3 years of software development experience. 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams. Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical design skills. Ability to drive tough decision making, balancing business goals, technical implications and time to market. Ability to work independently and with excellent problem-solving skills. Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery. Additional Qualifications
5 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality along with risk and critical path management experience. Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules. Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
