The role: Sr. Director of Product to lead the product strategy and execution for our Core product. You will define the product vision, roadmap and delivery, ensure market fit and drive business growth. You will manage a team of product managers and partner with engineering, design, and our commercial teams. Base pay range is $230,000.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr with bonus, equity and benefits; ranges and specifics vary by location. Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a compelling product strategy for the Core product that aligns with Addepar's mission and growth. Own the Product Lifecycle: Manage iterations from concept to scaled solution, pursuing product-market fit with an agile delivery approach. Drive Product Excellence: Establish scalable processes for planning, roadmapping, and metrics-driven execution. Innovation: Foster continuous ideation from concept through MVP to scalable solutions. Center on the Client: Embed client research and validation into the development lifecycle to deliver measurable value. Partner Across Functions: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and commercial/services teams to deliver integrated capabilities. Develop Talent: Mentor product managers and foster accountability, clarity, and ownership. Ensure Market Fit: Stay ahead of industry trends in wealth, asset, and investment management to evolve product direction. Qualifications
10+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in fintech, especially in investment platforms, advisor tools, or institutional software. Demonstrated success operating at scale in a high-growth or enterprise environment. Strong business acumen linking product execution to performance. Strategic thinker with customer-centric development and collaboration with engineering and data teams. Experience in go-to-market alignment and launching/scaling products with commercial teams. Proven people leadership and ability to build an empowered, collaborative culture. Our Values
