Head of Community

About the Role: Lead and grow Base’s online and in-person communities to support the mission of scaling a decentralized, open-source onchain platform. Serve as a public ambassador and help drive community engagement, support, and feedback to influence product development. Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand Base’s cross-platform online communities. Create and curate community content. Scale community support and moderation infrastructure. Organize and run in-person events and meetups. Collect community feedback to guide product teams. Act as a public-facing leader for Base’s community. Qualifications: 10+ years experience in tech or crypto. Proven track record in growing and scaling startup communities. Strong understanding of crypto ecosystem and connections.
