As General Manager of our City of Industry facility, you’ll report to the COO and lead a cross-functional team to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost while driving top-line growth. Responsibilities include: Full P&L responsibility for a high-volume, high-impact location Lead Manufacturing and Sales to achieve year-over-year improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Develop and empower people across all functions to ensure talent retention and growth Build lasting customer partnerships through exceptional service, strategic selling, and innovation Drive cross-functional collaboration to align goals and execute business plans that support sustainable growth What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing and sales (10+ years) Strong background in corrugated packaging or folding carton manufacturing Track record of operational and commercial success, including full P&L ownership Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices Ability to build, coach, and motivate high-performing teams Customer-first mindset and excellent communication and problem-solving skills What You’ll Get
