Handle employment litigation and counseling matters, with experience running and managing cases from initiation through resolution. Argue motions in court, communicate with opposing counsel, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Provide direct client advice, manage deadlines and case dockets, and demonstrate strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Possibly handle traditional labor and labor management relations; experience in this area is a plus. Qualifications
4–6 years of employment litigation and counseling experience. Strong academic record and exceptional analytical and writing abilities. Ability to run and manage cases, communicate effectively, and negotiate with opposing counsel. Experience with traditional labor and labor management relations is a plus. Active DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar. Big law firm and class action experience is a plus. Location and Contact
