Our firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney - Corporate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate and transactional documents. Advise clients on the legal aspects of business strategies, conduct risk assessment, and propose effective solutions. Conduct due diligence investigations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to identify potential legal risks. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure comprehensive legal coverage for clients. Participate in client meetings and negotiations, providing clear and concise legal advice. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 5+ years of relevant experience Licensed to practice in North Carolina Proven experience in handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, corporate finance, or similar Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for details. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound legal judgments. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Benefits
