Overview
This role will provide high level, proactive, complex administrative support to executive leadership. This exciting role will interact with the senior-most leadership teams across the organization and support the enterprise platform executive leadership. Location:
Onsite in Boston, MA. Primary Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between executives and leaders, responding to questions and issues on enterprise platform matters. Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the day-to-day activities and operations of the Executive. Maintain the executive’s business calendar and use discretion to screen requests for meetings and appointments. Reschedule meetings and appointments to meet special contingencies. Coordinate all travel arrangements and prepare business itineraries. Perform project-oriented assignments for executives, including researching data, compiling information, and preparing formal results with recommendations. Create non-routine correspondence and communications on behalf of the leader. Perform high level administrative/project assignments, relieving leadership of day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the department. Prepare and arrange business presentations, management letters, and other communications, including agendas and meeting minutes. May prepare disbursements and billings for approval. Maintain financial expense records. Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with company or regulatory standards and policies. Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Seven years’ experience at successive levels of responsibility. Experience Preferred
Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software programs (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation). Ability to use discretion, maintain confidentiality, and use sound independent judgment. Compensation:
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive pay. The pay range for this position is $59,745.84 - $99,576.40 annual (USD). The specific compensation will reflect the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Location
