This position reports to the Applications Group Products Supervisor. Working with the Principal Product Consultant, it delivers SAP Security application support for a large, complex portfolio of SAP applications. It provides technical expertise, leadership, and consultative support to the business client, IT management, developers and staff in risk assessments, architecture, configuration design, implementation and operational aspects of information security plans, procedures and products with a focus on SAP environments including ECC, CRM, Business Warehouse, NetWeaver, GRC 10.1 and other SAP-based applications. Role

This includes responsibility for SAP systems and ensuring proper security support and problem resolution input for the SAP applications. As the SAP Security Lead Consultant this role will: Design, develop and maintain SAP security management and architecture practices across multiple SAP environments and provide solution recommendations Advocate for exploring and leveraging standard solutions first Ensure compliance with government and corporate security guidelines Develop, administer and execute preventive security maintenance programs, oversee problem management, perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans, and administer and report on security SLAs Serve as domain-specific security subject matter expert for the assigned product line

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, develop and maintain SAP user management and security framework across multiple SAP environments with solution recommendations Ensure compliance with government and corporate security guidelines including Segregation of Duties (SoD), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) as appropriate, and privacy-related standards Develop and implement SAP security policies, processes, GRC, architecture, training, and communications Lead efforts to develop security build plans to support security architecture requirements and related software guidelines Collaborate with IT Management, Legal, Safety and Security, Cyber Security and Law Enforcement as needed to address security vulnerabilities Create, manage and maintain user security awareness Conduct security research to stay current on security issues Train and/or mentor other team members, peers and clients as appropriate Note: High Level Access background check is required

Job Specific Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, Management or comparable experience 6+ years of related work experience in the technology field 4+ years working with and supporting SAP applications with responsibility for security monitoring and oversight SAP experience Extensive knowledge of SAP Security design, administration and configuration for Finance suite of products Excellent analytical ability Strong judgment Strong planning and organizational skills Knowledge of project management disciplines Ability to maintain strong client care relationships with integrity and follow through Ability to assess knowledge of process dependencies and linkage across the business to support current and future growth Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with inclusive workplace attitude Self-starter with ability to quickly learn new technical concepts Ability to be available for 24x7 callout

Desired Qualifications

Technical/software certification such as AWS certification Experience in programming, development or coding Understanding of basic financial principles including project budgeting and planning PMP certification Graduate degree or MBA Experience with ITIL & CMMI SAP certifications
