The Role
Force Factor is looking for a recruiter who is passionate about people and talent. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating top candidates across the business. You’ll partner closely with the SVP of People and hiring managers to help build a culture of smart, hungry, capable overachievers. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves recruiting, enjoys interviewing, and wants to learn and grow in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a focus on sourcing, scheduling, and candidate management. Conduct initial screens and assessments, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage candidate communications and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience. Assist in building and maintaining pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer processes. Help refine recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Some experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR/People function (internship or professional). Passion for talent and people — you enjoy interviewing, qualifying, and understanding candidates. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a winning team. Motivated, competitive, and excited to help build teams that make an impact. Detail-oriented, driven, and organized high performer with an insatiable desire to win. Seniority level
