Overview

AWS is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support leaders within the Agentic AI team. The Executive Assistant will collaborate with various business partners in associated departments, as well as other Executive Assistants across the multiple global stakeholder teams within the organization. The role involves complex calendar management, tracking key deliverables, coordinating travel and expenses, and organizing team activities and events. Responsibilities

Expertly manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones for two Directors and occasional coverage for other Directors when EAs are out of office. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all calendar information and executive activities. Conceptualize and execute a diverse range of team events, from social gatherings to large-scale staff meeting agendas, global team meetings, and off-sites. Design and implement onsite team-building events that boost morale and foster collaboration. Collaborate across AWS AI/ML teams located in Seattle, San Jose and Bangalore to align on project goals and milestones. Drive continuous improvement in team processes and project efficiency. Support the leaders as an extension of the team in a collaborative EA community. About The Team

5+ years of senior level leadership support experience Experience with domestic or international travel coordination Experience with executive level calendar management Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
