Overview
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead for Fashion Valley. The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. This role is part of the store leadership team and focuses on driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work schedule requirements
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred
Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred
Supervisor/Managerial experience: Not required
Customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills
Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing personality, assertiveness
Adaptability, multitasking, work ethic
Omni-channel services familiarity

The starting rate for this position is 19.25 USD per hour (the recruiting pay range is 19.25 per hour). The rate and range may be modified in the future.
