Your Responsibilities
Prospecting: Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to identify and qualify potential commercial insurance prospects within targeted industries and demographics. Create high-impact communication strategies to increase prospect engagement.
Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, networking events, and marketing campaigns to generate interest in commercial insurance solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyze prospect data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our sales strategies.
Lead Management: Maintain and update prospect information in Salesforce, and CRM database ensuring proper follow up and communication throughout the sales cycle.
Communication Strategies: Coordination with the client team in identifying cadences and scopes of pertinent and relevant communication strategies.
Reporting: Generate and present reports on prospecting activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to the sales and management teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Producer to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies and campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes impacting the commercial insurance market, competitor activities, and potential new markets to refine lead generation strategies.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our prospecting and sales processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, sales acumen, business acumen and networking skills.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the commercial insurance industry.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
