Job Title: Journeyman Plumber and Journeyman HVAC
Location: Madill, OK
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber and Journeyman HVAC to step into a leadership role, supervising and working alongside a team of plumbers and apprentices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven jobsite leadership experience, and a drive to deliver projects on time and up to code.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a plumbing/HVAC crew on residential and/or commercial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders
Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
Ensure all work meets state and local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
Train, mentor, and oversee apprentices and journeymen
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and clients
Track materials, labor hours, and project progress
Promote a safe, efficient, and professional work environment
Qualifications: Valid Journeyman Plumber/HVAC License (required)
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
Ability to manage schedules, crews, and workflow
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
