We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and sewing, with experience operating various sewing machines. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality garments while adhering to safety and quality standards. Duties Operate and maintain sewing machines and other equipment used in garment production. Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse environment. Qualifications Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques. Familiarity with various types of sewing machines used in manufacturing processes. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
