Overview
We're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing, women-led med spa team in Virginia. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN, NP, or PA with a passion for aesthetics, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Our services include Botox, dermal fillers, PRF/PRP, micro needling, IV therapy, Morpheus8, and GLP-1 programs. We want someone who not only excels clinically but thrives in a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers, with precision and artistry. Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and create personalized treatment plans Provide non-surgical procedures such as PRF, PRP, microneedling, IV therapy, laser treatments, and Morpheus8. Administer GLP-1 treatments and educate patients on their benefits. Ensure patient safety and compliance with all regulations and best practices. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation. Stay current with aesthetic industry trends, techniques, and technology. Build long-term patient relationships and help grow the practice through outstanding service.
