Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking candidates for Maintenance Leader roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $52,000-$72,800 annually. Interested? Read below for more information What you will do as a Maintenance Leader: Oversee maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime Lead and participate in repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment Supervise projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Operate and maintain CNC machines, injection molding presses, and other production equipment Perform welding, fabricating, drilling, grinding, and small electronics/wiring work as needed Write, update, and maintain process documentation for maintenance procedures Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to improve efficiency and safety Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues and optimize performance What you need to be a Maintenance Leader: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Effective communication and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft applications Tool and die background and knowledge of production processes Experience with injection molding, press operation, and equipment design CNC machine programming and production experience Welding, fabricating, drilling, grinding, and small electronics/wiring skills Lean Manufacturing/5S training and process documentation abilities Project planning and implementation experience Problem-solving skills and willingness to work in various production areas NewCareerByDoherty
