We are currently sourcing for a Smithfield, RI and Westlake, TX The Role We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join one of our agile development squads to provide analytical excellence to the Data Analyst Chapter within Compliance Technology to deliver modern data solutions. We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience in data analysis, or data engineering, or a master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Work with business and technology partners to identify, review, define, interpret, and clarify scope of work in terms of business/data/system requirements and processes. Supplies to the analysis strategy for technology projects culminating in the creation of documentation to support project needs. Must have strong SQL, PL/SQL and/or Python skills. Strong data analysis and data profiling skills on structured as well as semi structured formats. Documents objectives, use cases, requirements, and specifications with respect to data. You understand Capital Markets domain and have experience analysing customer, accounts and trade data coming from order processing systems. You have experience in working on ETL projects. You are familiar with database design concepts and have worked on a variety of database platforms such as Oracle, Data Verse, Snowflake, AWS S3 etc. You can break up complex work into digestible work elements with applied knowledge of agile methodologies and practices. Familiarity with Jira / Jira Align is a big plus. Working knowledge of ModelOps, including lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance of AI and decision models is a plus. You have experience navigating integrated enterprise data and working across multi-functional teams. You can identify alternative approaches and make recommendations on the benefits and shortcomings of each approach. You understand and communicate sophisticated concepts effectively to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical. You have a passion for continuous learning, mastering of new skills, and staying on top of the latest innovations across data analytics. You are known as a go-getter, with the ability to unravel a mystery – data, business process or organizational. You are an effective communicator with a good ability to cultivate relationships. You have excellent communication and presentation skills. The Team You will work in Fidelity Capital Markets Supervision technology team within Compliance Technology domain that builds cloud-native Supervision Platform to analyse trade activities, such as orders, executions, and other trade-related data. Their goal is to identify any potential violations of internal policies or regulatory requirements related to trading activities within the financial industry. As Senior IT Data Analyst you will work iteratively across the project lifecycle, identifying and defining needs as well as giving to analysis, design and delivery towards program roadmap. The hourly pay rate range for this position in Smithfield, RI only is $ per hour. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
