The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a solid background in Estate planning and Probate or Fiduciary litigation to join one of our multiple offices in Lawrenceville, Atlanta, Marietta or Midtown Atlanta. This role is ideal for a capable, motivated and collaborative attorney who can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision, allowing firm leadership to focus on strategic and managerial priorities. The ideal associate will have extensive experience in drafting simple to complex estate plans, which include Wills, Trusts and Ancillary documents. The candidate should also have a minimum of 3 years of Probate and Trust Administration and be able to hit the ground running with an already existing case load. Candidates with additional experience in Medicaid planning or Elder law will be highly valued. Fluency in another language, particularly Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin, is considered a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities Handle a caseload spanning Estate Planning, Probate Administration including Guardianship and Conservatorship or Fiduciary Litigation matters Draft Wills, Trusts and Ancillary Documents utilizing Wealth Counsel Conduct effective consultations, develop legal strategies, and manage files from intake through resolution Maintain proactive, empathetic communication with clients Collaborate with legal and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes and concierge serv ice Be comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment Manage court calendars, deadlines, and task tracking independently Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active member of the Georgia Bar Minimum of 3 years' experience in estate planning and trust and probate administration/or Fiduciary litigation Strong courtroom and litigation skills Experience in drafting estate planning documents in Wealth Counsel Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and technological skills Excellent communication and client-relation skills Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin is a strong plus What We Offer Competitive salary range: $100-160K depending on experience Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and EAP 401(k) plan with employer match Paid time off, firm holidays, and hybrid work flexibility Professional development support, including CLEs A collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work culture Ready to Make an Immediate Impact?
